Business Green Grant

The Business Green Grant is provided to help businesses in the Fintry area pay for environmental improvements that will result in energy and carbon savings.

This first round of funding is designed as a ‘trial’ to gauge interest and suitability. You will therefore be contacted for your feedback at the end of this funding round which will run from Tuesday 1st October 2024 – Monday 31st March 2025.

The Business Green Grant is funded by FREE and administered on their behalf by Fintry Development Trust.

The BGG will cover capital projects only and not revenue supporting i.e. we won’t fund ongoing business costs such as electricity, salaries, hire of premises, council tax, etc.

Any tax implications from receiving a grant should be considered by the business prior to making an application.

The maximum value for the grant is £2500, and all businesses who apply must be in the Fintry Community Council area. Each applicant can receive only one grant per funding round.
