This grant has been designed to encourage and enable Fintry households to grow fruits, vegetables and pollinator friendly plants; plant native species of trees and shrubs, add ponds and habitats for wildlife and to create suitable spaces for these within Fintry.
The aim is that this will increase bee and butterfly friendly environments and improve the overall biodiversity of Fintry.
There is up to £1000 available for this grant (per household, per funding round) and up to 20 grants available on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis (by date for each application which meets the criteria).
This first round of funding is designed as a ‘trial’ to gauge interest and suitability. You will therefore be contacted for your feedback at the end of this funding round which will run from 1st June 2025 – 30th November 2025.
