FDT’s aims to reduce carbon, energy use and increase sustainability within Fintry manifests in many forms and some of the most fun are the community events and workshops.

Throughout the year we run a variety of workshops on topics such as transport, energy and food waste and often partner with other local groups to share a presence at Fintry community events.

Most recently we held a ‘Sustainable Food Fayre’ at the Fintry Fun Day and supported planting and growing activities for primary age children and their families at the “Picnic in the Community Garden’

These are both fun and important to keep in touch with the Fintry residents we aim to serve.
