From February 1st 2023, Fintry Development Trust will be able to offer grants to help householders pay for improvements to their homes that will result in energy and carbon savings. Some of you may have benefited some years ago from a similar scheme.

Receipt of any previous FDT grants does not exclude you from applying for our new grants.

Our revised Energy Efficiency Grants will offer up to £1000 per household. 

Qualifying projects will include installation of renewable heating systems, insulation, more efficient glazing, draught-proofing etc. 

Please note that no retrospective grants will be awarded.
